- 被検レンズの焦点面に設置されたレチクルを光源が照射し逆投影式にてカメラで撮像
- 拡大映像を処理するのでカメラでの誤差影響が少ない
- Reticle placed on the focal plane of the lens to be inspected is irradiated by the light source and is imaged by the camera in a back projection type
- Since the magnified image is processed, the error influence on the camera is small
